Terms of Sale:

1) We accept Visa, Mastercard and check for payments only.

2) ERF, INC ships within the continental United States only. Orders can ship prepay and add, or 3rd party as specified. All shipping quote from ERF, INC is for no lift gate to a regular business location without any additional service unless specified.

3) All shortages or damaged goods must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Notify carrier and secure inspection report immediately. Freight related issues must be reported to ERF, INC within 3 days of receiving. ERF, INC is not responsible for freight related issues reported 4 or more days after receipt of shipment.

4) Freight claim processing: Any freight claim against ERF, INC or the carrier for damaged goods or shortages must include appropriate damage or shortage notation on delivery receipt, photos and signed verification within 3 days of delivery receipt.

5) ERF, INC is NOT responsible for freight related issues with 3RD party carriers arranged by customers.

6) Prices are subject to change without advanced notice. Please always refer to our latest catalog for pricing information.

7) Any single order less than $500 will be charged 10% or minimum $10 handling fee whichever is greater.


ERF Warranty:
ERF generally warrants all products to be free of defects in structure under normal usage and service for one year from the original date of purchase shown on ERF commercial invoices. Customers assume responsibility for normal wear and tear. This warranty excludes products or components that in ERF’s opinion have been subjected to neligence, misuse, modification, or improper installation.


ERF Returns:
No product may be returned for credit or exchange without prior written authorization from ERF. Approved returns are subject to a minimum restocking and handling fee of 25% and should be returned with freight prepaid. ERF will not refund any shipping costs for shipments arranged by customers with third party carriers. Actual restocking and handling charges will be determined at the time of authorization. All returned orders should be in original packaging. Used products and special orders can't be returned for credit.
